The fully automatic full-inspection X-ray machine mainly consists of five parts: the X-ray source system, the flat panel imaging system, the image processing system, the automatic conveyor system, and the protection system. It utilizes the principle of X-ray penetration through objects and imaging on a flat panel detector for non-destructive defect detection.
The automation level of the fully automatic full-inspection X-ray machine is very high, with fast detection speed, greatly improving the efficiency of flaw detection, reducing inspection costs, and making detection data easy to store and query. The image processing system is independently developed by our company, with proprietary intellectual property rights.
